The Story Behind Our Product Launch: Challenges, Successes, and Future Plans

We are excited to announce that we have officially launched our product after a successful beta phase! This is a great moment for us to celebrate our achievements and to thank every user for their support and feedback. We don't want to rest on our laurels, we want to keep moving forward, keep enhancing our product, keep listening to your needs in order to keep exceeding your expectations. But first, let us share with you our journey, of what we have done so far, where we are standing right now and what we have planned for the future of Aeroji.

Overcoming Challanges

As you know the we launched our service and the beta not only during but because of the worst time in the history of Aviation, Covid. Like everyone in the industry we hoped, that the pandemic would last less then it did actually. We tried to connect with our customers through webinars and one-on-one sessions. We could sense their interest in our service, but also their struggle with the Covid crisis that hit the aviation industry hard. Which is why we said, we will extend the beta as long as it takes in order to help our customers during these tough times. During our beta phase, we focused on growing our customer base, because everyone needed to find trustworthy business partners. The challenging part was because we were quite a new company, no one has heard of. Naturally for startups we attracted early adopters at first. These group of customers are just a very small portion of the whole aviation market. Being a two sided platform made things even harder, because we needed to find early adopters from both sides. And the cherry on top was that during these times a lot of people moved companies and positions, which made it extremely difficult for us. Therefore we developed the most urgent features from the early adopters as fast as possible at first helping our users relieving their pain points. We listened to every feedback and ideas and added features that help our customers with their marketing activities. These activities resulted in current features such as targeted advertisements and a public marketplace. We also made it easier for our users to manage their company's portfolio of engines. And since we know how important it is to have a great user experience, we made our design and functionality awesome for mobile devices in which no feature was left behind and also changed the whole design of our platform making every feature as easy to use as possible.

Doing Something Special

Our beta phase was a huge success. We are proud to have 150 companies from airlines, lessors, and MROs. These companies vary in their size from small and mid-sized enterprises to big corporates. Each company is represented by their key player and/or the decision maker. Deals have been closed via Aeroji and helped our customers save time and money. We have also received amazing feedback and reviews from our users who love and value our platform. These feedbacks are the fuel for our engine to keep running.

We are so proud of what we have achieved and we want to celebrate it with you. Instead of throwing a party or doing a giveaway, we decided to do something more meaningful. We asked ourselves: what do our customers really want? The answer was clear: they want the best marketing for their engine. It was not easy to fit all the features of our product in a one-minute video. In fact, it was impossible. But we managed to show you a glimpse of what is possible at 00:45. We hope you enjoy the video as much as we did making it. It is our way of saying thank you and showing you the potential of our product.

What's next

The video is done, but we are not done yet with the platform. We are getting closer to our vision on how we are imagining the future of aviation aftermarket. We are always working on making our platform better and adding new features that will make your engine procurement process even more fun, easy, and fast. Some of the things we are working on right now are:

  • Growing our network and offering more opportunities for finding new partners and sources of engines for our users, as always
  • Making communication and the procurement process smoother by adding features that align everything and make every detail easier to grasp.
  • Giving you an unprecedented feature that will definitely accelerate business by mitigating feared risks and providing a unique customer experience.
